My name is Kwon Okwen.

I worked for Korea Expressway Corporation, a major national infrastructure organization in South Korea, for 34 years.

During my career, I served 8 years as a senior executive, participating in and overseeing large-scale national infrastructure projects.

Most of my professional career was based in Seoul, and I now live in Daegu, my hometown in South Korea.

I am a Licensed Civil Engineering Construction Engineer and hold a Master’s Degree in Engineering.

In addition to my engineering career, I have studied Saju (Four Pillars of Destiny) and traditional East Asian metaphysics for more than 15 years.

My consultations combine analytical thinking and structured reasoning with traditional Saju interpretation.

By combining engineering precision with traditional Saju wisdom, I provide clear and practical guidance about destiny, life cycles, career, and important life decisions.

Consultation Method

Consultations are conducted primarily by email or online message.

After payment is received, the Saju analysis usually begins within 24 hours.

The consultation result is typically delivered within 1–3 days, depending on the complexity of the questions.

Refund Policy

A full refund is available if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of payment and before the analysis begins.

If the analysis has already started, a 50% refund may be issued.

Once the consultation has been completed, refunds are not available.

Please note that Wise transfer fees and currency conversion fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
